World Youth Day is one of the world's greatest festivals of faith, friendship and fun! World Youth Day is the biggest gathering of young people in the one place anywhere in the world. Our parish has a strong tradition of participation in World Youth Day and Mardrid 2011 was no different. Young people from all over the world come together at World Youth Day to explore their faith, experience friendship and have fun. The next WYD will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from July 23rd to 28th, 2013. Music, concerts, drama and theatre, talks and discussions are all on the programme of World Youth Day. You will be exhilarated, you will be tired, you will be changed, you will be different by the time you come back from World Youth Day.
